Payment Notification/Dispute

If you paid your own PACER fees, you do not need to submit a claim or notification. Your check will be automatically mailed to you at the address in the PACER records. If you need to update your address, you can do so here.

Please only use this page if (1) someone else paid your PACER fees for you, or (2) you paid someone else’s PACER fees for them.

If you are an account holder wishing to notify the claims administrator that someone paid PACER fees on your behalf, check this option.

If you would like to notify the claims administrator that you paid PACER fees on behalf of an account holder, check this option.

If you are an account holder and have received email notice that someone has notified the claims administrator that they paid PACER fees on your behalf, and you would like to dispute that, please use the link provided in the email notice to dispute it.

Your PACER account number does not appear on your email or postcard notice. You must supply that from your own records.
